@UnderArmour i called CS spoke to someone and they’ve had me on hold for 52 minutes. This is how you treat your loyal customers? I’m disappointed that a brand I’ve loved this much is like this.
@UnderArmour no offer of the same items in another color. The only thing I wear not UA are jeans. I’ve been a long and loyal customer, and a walking billboard, but you clearly want me to stop. I guess that’s what I’ll do.
@UnderArmour I would have just placed another order if I understood that CS wasn’t going to guarantee the items would be in stock when they fixed the problem. No promise to notify me when they’re in stock again. No offer to look for them in stores. Nothing. No refund yet either.
@UnderArmour I placed a large order 8/3. There was a problem with shipping. I asked over and over to have it canceled and replaced. Customer service dragged it’s feet and now the most important items aren’t in stock. I can never get what I need from you and now I’m SOL
@AmazonHelp The order was not replaced and it takes a week for a refund. The other option was a partial delivery at a time that doesn’t work. This is a joke.
@AmazonFresh where is my delivery? You sent a notification yesterday it was almost here, then kept me waiting 4 hours, never showed, and kept my money! It’s theft!
@AmazonHelp I’m on with a second person now and still nothing but wasted time. No refund and no rescheduling. It shows the delivery wasn’t made. I shouldn’t have to call in, it should be refunded automatically.
@Delta I was able to get through after just over an hour and the rep got me the exact seat and flight I wanted and helped me fix my sky miles login.

@Delta I’ve been on hold 2 hours and then again another hour. My LGA to Dallas got delayed 3 days and I need to push my return back as a result, but I can’t do it through the app/online and I can’t get through on the phone. Please help!
