@united Flight canceled 3 hrs before departure, drove from NC to DC and flight was canceled as we were arriving at airport. All we get is a rebooked flight from another airport now and it gets us in 3 hrs from our original destination + with 3 young kids. Unacceptable.

@Lowes has the worst customer service. My deliver was two days ago when the dryer was broken. Have not received 1 call from them in rescheduling my deliver…in 2 days. When I call nobody can help and it’s being escalated.
