The causes of heightened sympathetic activity in essential hypertension remain unclear, but obesity, chronic mental stress, and physical inactivity are major contributors.
But how do we believe so much in favoritism on an individual level, backing it up with a lot of spirituality/religiosity and then turn around to collectively demand meritocracy as a group?
Is there something i'm missing?

You go around persuading investors to come in, but your act shows that if they do, they will need to fly back to their countries or die in case of a medical emergency. Cos why are you always in another man's land for care if you healthcare system is good?

I've heard people speak in support of the president's leave at this time.
I need you to think about it this way. A surgeon took you in for surgery, opened you up and commenced irrigation / infusion which he promised would make you feel better at the end of the day

While it's okay to take breaks / it is nurse's job to monitor you, does it make sense that your surgeon who claimed to be an expert left you open to go have some "much needed fun"?
What embarrasses me the most is seeing our leaders go to other countries for medical care.
@dammiedammie35 I saw the movie just yesterday and felt the same way 😹. Wonderful cast, costume and acting, the point of the whole storyline just didn't interest me.

I just saw the stats from you all's UTME results. I'm concerned about the contemporary social and economic factors that might have caused such level of failure.
I think each state's education ministry should have a research arm that can break down the stats (e.g. urban/rural, males/females, public/private schools, students' ages etc. and make clear recommendations such that funds can be channelled to, and spent on what's important.
