As somebody who is actually neurodivergent, I just don't understand why Gen Z is obsessed with being neurodivergent and neurotypical but also why everyone nowadays wants to give their low quality opinions about autism and ADHD. Real autistic people can see through the ones who are just claiming they have the tism just to be trendy. It takes away from those who actually go through autism and ADHD but that's just my two cents on this whole thing.
Why are Gen Z so obsessed with people being neurodivergent or neurotypical? I’m sitting in a cafe and the girls on the table next me to me are trying to justify their rudeness and selfishness as symptoms of ADHD and are talking about one of their “neurotypical” friends behind her back saying they don’t know how long they can be friends with her because she doesn’t understand how their brains work.
Social media has so hugely influenced people into diagnosing themselves with being neurodivergent to the point where everyone seems to have ADHD nowadays.

It doesn’t matter how much this meal cost… Whatever it was it was worth it and I’m going to tell you why. @FiveGuys is the only franchise system that has three generations of family ownership that have committed to NEVER selling to private equity. They buy from family owned businesses, they make food fresh, and they stay family owned small businesses. So whatever they’re charging - it’s worth it.
