Cynical of @Ryanair changing Albania flights from 13:50 to 08:00 when a same day 13:25 option. Though entitled to 'free change' we can't move flights to 13:25 without paying additional £155. You can't ring them, on-line chat is useless, so forced into refund. Terrible company.

@hoka We purchased Anacapa mid GTX boots which disintegrated (see images). We returned them to authorised retailer 31 May to instigate 1-year warranty. Despite many attempts they've had no response from you. It's now 2 months on. Why is your customer service so poor?
