I think for the Pokemon market to go back to normal, everyone has to suffer.

I personally don’t think that Pokemon TCG should be profitable for anything sealed and in current print.

These scalpers are clearing stores on credit card debt KNOWING someone will buy.

Well, what if we didn’t buy it? What if, EVERYONE stopped paying these stupid ass prices and just bought what you found at retail. And then wait it out. Because I PROMISE YOU, if everyone gave it 2 months of not paying scalper prices, and these flippers are stuck with thousands in credit card debt, they will sell at retail and market values will plummet and become affordable again.

Unfortunately the only way the market will truly settle is when we do this. A retaliatory Pokemon economy. WE literally control the market because of what WE are willing to pay. And we are willing to pay retail.
