Hey @AmericanAir & @Barclays, you did us dirty with the transfer from Barclays to Citi by canceling our schedule payments without enough warning or alert. We use scheduled payments to balance our cash flow through the month. You canceled those payments so you could charge us interest. Bad customer service on that one. Real bad.

Costco & Sam's are worse. The aisle is just wide enough for 2 carts to pass, but people taking the whole aisle, whether it is parking the cart on the right while shopping on the left, walking two or three abreast, stopping to talk in the middle, or talking on speaker phone. They all p!$$ me off.
