Social media users are furious, with some even calling for her to be charged, after a young woman posted a video admitting that, as a middle school student, she falsely accused a male teacher of sexual misconduct simply because he wouldnβt let her sit next to her friend.
Viewers pointed out that she never once took responsibility for potentially ruining the manβs life. She smiled throughout the story and ended by saying her actions βwerenβt that badβ and werenβt really her fault.
This is exactly the kind of behavior that makes people skeptical of sexual assault allegations and can make it harder for genuine victims to be believed. Falsely accusing someone of something this serious is vile.
