Start demanding that the "influencers" you watch start putting money on their ridiculous opinions. Hold alternative media accountable. When people say there will be a 50 state land slide, make them bet on it. When they say we'll see massive vaccine side effects in a year, make them bet on it. When they say temperatures won't change, Trump won't get convicted, aliens are for sure real and here, the Tate's are innocent, vaccine passports will be permanent, digital dollars will rule the world, ESG will destroy companies, the Hawaii government will steal all the property, Ukrainian biolabs and Nazis will be found everywhere, etc etc etc, make them have a public track record of betting on these issues so they can be held accountable and stop letting them make bad prediction after bad prediction without being held accountable at all.

The reality is, it likely causes little to no harm to any of the actual creators on YouTube. If it did, why aren't there legions of creators DMCAing streamers for watching their stuff? Why aren't there tons of YouTubers begging streamers not to watch/react to their stuff?

I've never seen so many people crying and pretending to care about such a trivially easy problem to fix.
