The country is at its most vulnerable since WWII and your advisors will be telling you this! If you were that serious, you’d pull the funding from somewhere and start the process immediately. What could be more important than the safety and security of our country and its people??
It’s not about jobs, it’s about the quality of the individual for certain job roles. Quality over quantity, correct training and the maintenance and development of high standards and reputation. (Which is being seriously diluted).
Everything starts with the people, their capabilities and their performance, not just to ‘bring jobs’ to suit a certain narrative. It’s a dangerous game and it’s proven so.
