Many posts on here regarding unsatisfactory customers due to the poor quality of your products.
The poor quality of your trainers resulted in an accident to me and iv yet to be spoken to by a manager @nike

Your customer service is as shocking as the quality of your products are. No manager wants to talk regarding your products recent failing as a result of your nike product breaking it caused an injury to my ankle. And you still don't want to help. " #nikefamily "

Following a complaint I made 2 weeks ago about a pair of nike pegasus trainers falling apart and the sole comming off causing me to go over on my ankle.

The customer care and service is shocking .About as shocking as the quality of the products such as these trainers. The same issue happened last year to a pair I had bought from yo. @nikestore @Nike
I got the same speiel as last year oh send them back and here is a 10% discount

@Nike emailed you this morning regarding my purchase of customised trainers. I have noticed several areas where there appears to be glue marks . Is there anything you can do ? For the price of these this isn't what I was expecting to see first when opening the box.
