SHAMEFUL EXPERIENCE!
Old and noisy planes,Amateur pilots and most importantly, the WORST customer services on the planet, they don’t speak enough English, shout at clients and make racially discriminating comment based on nationality!AVOID IT!

I need a valid explanation for the love of God!

My credit card was charged for a payment I didn't do, called you within an hour, my call lasted 45 minutes mostly on hold and u can't stop the transaction? why?!!!

Thanks for the ineffective answer, unauthorised transaction made to my card, I complained, you as a bank should protect your customers (In case you care about them) and keep the transaction on hold.
Why to charge your royal customer of years!!

Extremely rude woman who yelled at us for the collection of a parcel.
Unbelievably low standards in picking your partners UPS!

unbelievable delivery service in Vienna, Express shipping (With extra cost) packet was sent to a shop in Vienna for collection where the lady yelled at us as we wanted to collect the items.
This is definitely leaving a bad impact on the CK products.

I can never give this airline the praise it deserves.
I have always been a big fan of Emirates and I got upgraded to Business class.
The experience is just amazing delivered by an awsome the crew.
