In the 1990s, Spanish troops served in Bosnia during one of Europe’s darkest wars since 1945.
For many people there, Spain was not just another distant country.
It was soldiers on the ground, humanitarian convoys, protection, bridges, medical help and a European flag that actually meant something.
That kind of memory survives.
Sometimes soft power is not built with marketing campaigns.

a) Hay que deflactar el IRPF
b) Hay que transitar a un sistema público de pensiones con cuentas nocionales como en Suecia
c) Hay que construir mucho más

- the guy bought the long-shot outcome (like "22°C" when everyone expected 18°C) for pennies, since nobody thought it'd hit

- then he walked up to the probe and briefly heated the air around it with a portable heat source, spiking the reading just long enough to register as the daily max

- temperature snapped back to normal in minutes, the market resolved in his favor, and he cashed out - twice, on April 6 and April 15, before Météo France caught on and filed charges
