@DanielFiott @Giu_Ter Interesting and necessary piece. I believe the main issue here is a silent conflict between a central movement in Bruxelles (Borrell in primis) willing to do more and the delicate balance that many states have to draw b/w national/EU interests and economic ties w/ Beijing
