@RoKhanna@RepThomasMassie When the Russians and Chinese invade us because of how weak you have made us. I’ll make sure they know where that 10 million dollar mansion in DC is.
.@Rizabellepow I still believe we need someone in Washington fighting for working folks against the big money and the powerful. But Graham Platner? All the old comments blaming women for getting assaulted, the stories coming out about how he treated people, the Nazi tattoo he had to cover up… that’s not who we are. Character still matters. We can beat Susan Collins without this kind of baggage. Maine deserves better than this.
My blood just ran cold.
I told NO ONE in the media about Graham’s violence until the New York Times came to my home in April.
I was never GOING to tell anyone.
But HE knew what he had done.
And now we know HE told people 7 months before I ever said a word.
Because he knows what he did.
Thank you, Nick, for helping me prove that Graham was worried I would tell the world what he’d done to me.
So here’s some insider baseball on Platner’s stuff.
I knew about the Fifield abuse allegations last October when I was in Maine. I didn’t know who it was or the extend of it. All I knew is that he got violent with an ex and she was a Republican,
I hinted at them here several times, saying that Mills campaign was trying to get her on the record but she, a couple of other women, didn’t want to talk. Mills campaign knew Fifield was a Republican and that she and others were holding on to their story until it was advantageous for the GOP (1)
Graham Platner and Darializa Chevalier represent a cancer within the Democratic Party. If we let this cancer grow, our party will become a party of hatred, intolerance, and anti-Americanism.
Khanna: I’m a champion for Epstein victims.
Also Khanna: Platner may have abused women and visits child predatory sites, but I’ll basically be his campaign mascot from now ‘til November…
I'll respect anyone who's done the work on PTSD. But the allegations from multiple women about how Platner treats them aren't a "dark period" you apologize past in a victory speech.
We deserve better options.
