@UPSHelp_UK I've DMd you but no response? Was supposed to have a parcel delivered yesterday it was delayed by you and no sign of it coming today either? Please help it's an important parcel!
@Europcar_UK Exactly why I didn't want to send my credit card details to an email address - but I was asked too! I can't be the first person to have a pick up date after the card expires. Should be straightforward, awful service will be using zipcar next time, more £ but 100x better service.
@Europcar_UK Experiencing absolutely awful customer service. Booked with a card which expires before pickup you made me cancel and re book with new card. Was Told to call to change card 1 mo before pickup. Website broken and no one can help me on the phone - please sort this out!
@HighwaysEngland @HighwaysSEAST If you want to improve your communications maybe post an update on the 90 minute M25 delay which you haven't in over an hour rather than links to surveys?!
