They say “equivalent value to buy replacements or up to 200%” but I’ve had an error on a $13 parking pass turn into a $75 fee before. When there was tons of other $13 passes available for them to easily replace it.

However the notion that a seller can simply say “Sorry I don’t have the tickets” and then just go resell those same tickets for more (without a severe penalty)is 100% false

@MrLiimited @StubHub I’ve sold thousands of tickets on stubhub and if I the seller do not provide the correct tickets I’ve listed for sale they absolutely bend me over. I sell 2 $100 seats and say “oh I don’t have them” I’m getting charged like $800 for not fulfilling my sale
