@kevhillsy I got there early to bag a prime spot behind the goal but the police had other ideas. They insisted that the far corner end was filled first, and then the next pen etc. Great game, one of those ones that’s instantly remembered.
@SpursOfficial is in the Premier League next year! Congratulations to the players and the manager today. MORE IMPORTANTLY, THE FANS WERE FANTASTIC!! Now let's clean up and get started by removing the 🤡 first.
Incredible. #Tottenham secure Premier League safety on the final day.
Credit to Roberto De Zerbi for dragging this depleted squad over the line. But this isn’t success, and it can’t erase who put us here.
Vinai Venkatesham and Johan Lange MUST resign & ENIC MUST go.
Literally close to tears at full-time, this ownership is putting us through utter hell.
Credit to Roberto De Zerbi for dragging the depleted squad over the line.
This can’t be celebrated, not for a great club like ours.
Vinai Venkatesham, Johan Lange, ENIC get out of our Club.
Clear to see De Zerbi already making improvments
If you are going to be angry at any one today, be angry at those at the top of club who sat watching that insufferable prick managing us to destruction for months and did nothing!
Tonight’s performance and result is a total disgrace. It’s symptomatic of the abysmal state of things at Spurs right now. From the January transfer window to the management appointments, the lack of leadership and the total absence of anyone with a Spurs pedigree informing these decisions. Where is the Daring to Do? Where are the Echoes of Glory?
Emergency action is needed as right now we are sleep walking off the edge of a cliff. Being a Spurs fan has never been so difficult but supporters will not sit by and watch the club continue to decline. There will be more to follow…
At the very least those in Madrid should have their match tickets refunded. But all we really care about is that the club make us proud. We are here to support the team and be the 12th man. But we all deserve so much more.
@IanDarke@TweeterSpice You’d never believe this Ian but tonight’s performance was actually a bit better than normal. We now celebrate being less shit than we were against (insert any club here). I pay a fortune and travel miles for this turgid football. Heartbreaking.
@ChangeForSpurs FYI only. I went to Bilbao via Seville and took in Sevilla v Real Madrid, the home fans turned up in mass at the start of the 2nd half with yellow placards and balloons and started an organised protest. Appeared effective, game halted whilst pitch cleared.
