100 Days of Deception writer Ryu Bori reveals the reason for casting #ParkJinyoung
“Park Jinyoung already established a reputation for his delicate acting, and people around me had also recommended him many times because of his sincere attitude on set. I’ve been watching and supporting him in almost every project since the early days of his acting career, yet I can’t even count how many times Park Jinyoung’s eyes, face, and voice as Taewoong in 100 Days of Deception made my heart flutter and brought tears to my eyes. If the word ‘sincerity’ could take human form, it would be Park Jinyoung.”

GOT7 are praised in a recent article by Rolling Stone India for leaving their former company with all seven members intact, securing the rights to all their trademarks, and successfully moving past the 7-year curse 👏 Our forever successful and iconic kings continue to break barriers and write their own legacy 🥹💚
“There was a time when turning 30 in K-pop meant you were done — disband, enlist, disappear. That rule is dead. With … and GOT7 all thriving past the infamous 7-year curse, a generation of idols in their 30s isn't fading away. They're rewriting what it means to grow old in K-pop.
Turning 30 in K-pop now means renegotiating power, not just renewing a contract. GOT7 walked away from K-pop powerhouse JYP Entertainment but kept their name and music.”
An excerpt from the article:
“Perhaps one of the most interesting shifts belongs to GOT7, who legally wrested 100 percent of their trademark and intellectual property rights away from their original agency, JYP Entertainment. It only underscores that these pop stars are taking on adulthood with a painstakingly hard-earned honesty that makes the old, super-polished idol factory look obsolete.”
