The SEC is proposing to make public companies file their reports only every 6 mos vs the current required 3 mos. As an accountant, this is a bad move. Stakeholders require transparency. I disagree with this and public comment ends 07.06.26.

This is in regards to the ballot measure relating to fentanyl in CO and in response to their article.
This bill was carefully thought out to be a nonpartisan issue and mandating treatment for addicts.
