There are no checkpoints in Israel. Arab Israelis have the same rights to own land as any other Israelis. Arab Israelis are exempt from army service but can volunteer to service. Druze, bedouins serve.

Israeli law degree holders here. All Israeli citizens have equal rights. It’s illegal in Israel to make laws discriminatory by ethnicity.

It was never part of Arab sovereignty either. The Arabs rejected the partition plan and invaded Israel. There never legal borders to establish sovereignty. Only armistice lines. It’s all disputed land. The plo recognized its disputed areas in Oslo. Oslo governs the dispute. A little fact the free Palestine comrades want to forget.

Israel presence in areas b and c is not an occupation. It’s agreed upon in Oslo.

The Arabs have no legal claim to the land more than the Jews. Both lives there under British occupation and the Ottoman Empire.

I lived in Israel during Oslo. Arafat the psychopath fucked his people by letting Hamas go wild with terror stacks and rejection camp David 2.

Too simplistic view.

Imagine New Jersey has an army of 40,000 soldiers, is shelling Manhattan with rockets for 20 years, and has just invaded and killed 40,000 civilians in New York. They also kidnapped 8,000 civilians.

Would you let them survive so they can plan the next attack ?

And btw - they dug tunnels under the residential buildings to hide from you. As long as the nyc subway system altogether.
