@ORHomeWarranty My realtor stepped in and contacted the company to facilitate the cancellation of my policy. Plan #35665402. I wasn’t getting anywhere, Customer Service is abysmal.

Hey @socalgas why the poor customer service? Ordered a service stop effective yesterday, gas is still on today and I have a termite company waiting to tent. Been on hold for 47 min, this is urgent, help now would be greatly appreciated!
