@SH0RTGR4SS I'm admittedly guilty of this, but I think it's because seeing incidents in isolation makes them easier to look past and give the benefit of the doubt.
When you start seeing a pattern it clicks "oh there might be a bigger problem that genuinely needs to be talked about..."
