@LGUSSupport Good day, I hope you're able to assist me. I feel as if I've exhausted all my options. I tried contacting LG Mexico and LG Panama to no avail. I bought a Linear Inverter refrigerator last year in Sint Maarten (Caribbean), and a couple days ago it stopped cooling.

@LGUSSupport Yes, but according to LG on the website states that models with a Linear Inverter Compressor have a 10 year warranty. Seeing as my refrigerator needs a new compressor, will the replacement be covered under the 10 Year Warranty provided by LG?

@LGUSSupport According to LG Panama, they referred me to an authorized LG workshop on the island. Since it’s the compressor that has failed and needs to be replaced, does the 10 year warranty on Inverter Linear Compressor count? Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter.

@LGUSSupport I just received a response from them stating that they won't be able to assist me. At this point I don't know what to do anymore. We just bought this refrigerator last year. Please, is there anything else that you can do?
