Man, that hit different.
I remember my Taekwondo days - my mom's smile when I nailed a move was everything.
Today? I felt like the only parent who gave a damn about making eye contact with their kid.
We're raising a generation that has to compete with Instagram for their parents' attention.
Look, I get it. We're all busy. Sometimes you gotta handle business.
But if you're "showing up" just to scroll Instagram while your kid's begging for your attention?
You're not showing up. You're just... there.
Do better. Your kid's watching you watch them.
