The USA captured Nicolás Maduro and then controlled around $8 billion worth of Venezuelan 🇻🇪 oil exports.

The same USA made a deal with Congo 🇨🇩 involving around $9 billion worth of mineral assets.

If they can capture Maduro when billions of dollars are involved, why can’t they capture Paul Kagame too?

The USA needs to land in Kigali and capture Paul Kagame as he refuses to obey the peace agreement and continues the atrocities in eastern Congo.

How long are we going to keep watching this happen?
