A break from league action this week, as we welcome Burwell to the Riverside. After a positive result last week, we look to build on that and progress to the next round of the league cup. The bar will be open—come down and support the lads!

After a terrible start to the season we finally have a point on the board after going 2-0 down we battled back to square the game. A few chances missed on a different day those would have gone in. At home again next week in the league cup.

A hard one to take yesterday. With spells in the game where we were the better side. We just couldn’t put the ball in the net.
Our goal scorer was the main man Brandon with a bullet head from a Dan b pinpoint cross.

Our goalscorer yesterday was Brandon. After a dominant first half going into the break 2-1 up. We couldn’t hold on to the lead. With fitness and lack of options from the subs bench we were punished. Nevertheless we are proud of the lads that turned up yesterday.

We make the long trip to Wisbech st Mary’s tomorrow with quite a few absentees for the game. We look forward to righting the wrongs of last week and bringing back three points.
