@NYCHealthCommr @NYCMayorsOffice What is testing, when they don't know what COVID 19 is. I don't understand. because no one seems to know what it is. So why get tested for something no one knows what it is. Why are we being told to do this when this disease came to NYC everyone kept saying they are not sure.
