@markhookway This was our prize fund (NB prizes were in retail vouchers for local running shop and @Ronhill_UK online shop). Teams were 4 athletes, and 4 age groups were awarded same prizes, except U17 who also had a @PolarUK_IRE watch for fastest male and female legs instead of £40.

@running_dan_w Hi Dan, thanks for the interest- next year we will run regional heats plus a national final, we have yet to announce venues. We are keen to support local independent running stores so each of the heats would be linked to one. Watch this space!

Well it was a night on the podium for the Hoops at the British Mile Relays!! 4 teams, 4 prizes; 3rd seniors, 5th seniors, 4th masters, and a joint award for having the most teams entered. A brilliant night all round and a proud day to be a Knowsley Harrier!
