@British_Airways I’ve been trying to book a ticket now for days and unfortunately I get to the payment page and every time it says the selection has been booked by someone else. The website is giving the wrong ticket prices. I called to book by phone and the prices where higher

@British_Airways Thanks Abbie but like I mentioned I did speak to the sales team and they didn’t help with the issue, I did ask that they would talk to the department in charge of the website as I’m wouldn’t be the only one seeing the wrong prices on the British airways website. It’s misleading

@British_Airways Hi Abbey, I did and they are not seeing those prices on their end. But in the meantime the British airways website keeps advertising the cheaper prices. How is that possible? How can we see different prices if it’s through the same website? It’s misleading

@British_Airways Hi John, I’ve tried 3 different computers, 1 iPad and my phone, different wifis and on 4G and it still gives me those prices. It’s very misleading and it doesn’t let me buy them. The website it’s not letting me buy them but it still says they are available when booking

@RAC_Care unfortunately yet another bad experience with the RAC. My husband has been waiting to be towed for 13hrs now. They keep saying they are coming and they don’t turn up. What is the point on having cover if they won’t help you?!

@RAC_Care we’ve had endless problems and miscommunications, even a patrol person driving off on us saying there was nothing he could do and then writing on the notes that he offered us a quote for a tow. They were supposed to come this morning to tow us and still waiting.Appallin

@RAC_Care very disappointed with the RAC. The technician drove off in me talking to him because he couldn’t deal with the issue we were having. Do not use the RAC. Second time we had a problem with them. Very angry and disappointed

@IKEAUK Ikea dishwasher broke again. 5th time in 2 months. Ikea is not willing to swap it for a new one even thought the machine is only 6 months old. Very disappointed. Don’t buy Ikea dishwasher

@IKEAUK their dishwasher flooded my kitchen, the repair services and not able to fix it and Ikea won’t take it back or take responsibility after they’ve tried to fix it 3 times and no luck. Very disappointed as the machine is only a few months old.

@IKEAUK Very disappointed and angry with Ikea. I’ve been on the phone for 40min and not helpful at all. Bought a new kitchen a few month ago. Dishwasher broke in the first 4 month. Kept breaking, 3 more times. The repair services are very slow and haven’t been able to fix it.

@TheRAC_UK very bad service! I’ve been left waiting for 3 1/2 hours for a tow and after 4 hours a third party company just said they only got the job 5 min ago. What is going on!! Very bad! Everyone is lying!

@TheRAC_UK very disappointed! I’ve put a request to be towed at 2 pm, was told they would be here within 45min, since then nobody called or let me know anything. After 5 phone calls they now say they would be 45min again. Everyone says something different. And I’m still waiting.
