Am I the only one completely underwhelmed by this week in gaming? State of Play and Summer Game Fest had zero hype. Switch 2 launch has been whatever. I’ve never seen Xbox so poised to steal all the attention this week. And they don’t even need to show much to do it.

The Battle Pass progression feels so bad in #HaloInfinite. I played for 3 hours, completing 1-3 challenges per game and I just gained one level. I’m not asking for handouts, but that much time for 1 out of 100 levels makes completing the Battle Pass feel unachievable.

Seriously how does this game look sooooo good? 🤤😍 I remember a reviewer saying A Crack in Time on PS3 was like playing a Pixar movie. I felt like that was overreaching. But Rift Apart? Looks like the dream has finally been realized. Can’t wait.

I caught myself with a big dumb happy grin while playing #ASTROsPLAYROOM. I wasn’t quite sold that the #Dualsense was much more than a gimmick when I first started playing, but then it started raining and I AM SO SOLD. Add on that PS nostalgia and what a joy that game is.
