This is purely based on the fact that on the end bridge where the Tempo changes from 148 BPM to 156 BPM, the chords of the notes playing at that point change from C chords to that of C#.

So after playing around with 大谷 智哉 Tomoya Ohtani's 'Waterbike' track (and coming up with another mashup idea), I theorize that the Tempo of a sound after being pitched up from one semitone to the next will be up-scaled by 1.°054°. #SonicRushAdventure
