@irms TBH, I am a bit concerned that when we are back in person, people will get an adrenaline rush, and burn out extremely. But, I am very grateful that you are concerned about this as well.

@irms One of the smartest moves was 60% time. Since then I have tried very hard to make space for myself. This way I can pour into my job more by being truly present

I think the only way we continue improving in this realm is by modeling, talking about it, & also maybe force time off
