@Hilton I am APPALLED at this level of service and can’t believe that Hilton allows for negligent, over looking staff and derelict patrons to stay at their facilities. My family’s day vacation was RUINED. FIX THIS PROBLEM.

@Hilton I called the customer service line to complain about the negligence of the front staff not accompanying the police to find the root of the problem. I was met with no resolution. I asked for a refund and for another room at a different location. The call went silent.

@Hilton The sheriffs left but needless to say me and my family were extremely embarrassed. My wife especially was VERY upset. When I asked for a refund to my vacation day The front desk supervisor told me to my face that “nothing happened”.

@Hilton My family and I just had another guest yell at us about how to take care of our child in front of a pool FULL of people. No one from the staff interjected. The other customer stormed off and proceeded to call the Sheriffs who then came to the pool to inspect us.
