Huge thanks to our visitors Heidi (deaf from age 3) and Maz (BSL interpreter) who came and taught us about deaf culture and awareness. We played lip reading games, learned Taps and the promise in BSL, and even covered the Pass it on UMA!

Trash Fashion may be a Brownie UMA, but that doesn't stop the Guides getting in on some recycled couture!
We gave the girls the theme of 'Met Gala' and they didn't disappoint! We had a cereal box corset, a bubble wrap train, and a very stylish bin bag dress.

We didn't let the rain spoil our campfire fun - we built an indoor fire (no flames involved!) and had hot chocolate and campfire songs inside! Thanks to our district friends from @1stOckfordRidge & 1st Witley Guides for joining us.
