@priest_099 The k stands for kilo. It should always be small. The CAPITAL K means Kelvin - the SI unit of temperature. So a kilometre is a 1000 metres. A kilogram is a 1000 grams. A kilowatt is a 1000 watts and so on.

@Priyaa_Purohit Why not book it online like the rest of us? My mother in her 70s does it with her phone. My sister in her 50s too. The cylinder is delivered home; involves checking OTP. Last delivery was last week for my mother. Nobody has had to go pick it up for years.
