If I'm prompted to do something by straight revelation from GOD and the prompt is also directed for my family it would include them as well. Children may not recognize the prompts therefor as the priesthood holder I'd make sure my family acted

@EnNordicMan @DaleGRenlund Unsure how you could say that as the word of God is exactly that. I dont believe revelation would differ however if it were to then personal revelation should ALWAYS come first as it's directed toward yourself.
