@NextHelp please can you resolve this, as it has been over 24hours since this was last dealt with and I’m extremely disappointed that half of the gift I bought did not turn up with Christmas being only a week away!!

@NextHelp I’ve opened my C&C package that came yesterday, I ordered a men’s mono penguin pyjama and only the top is in the bag and the bottoms are missing?!?! Supposed to be giving the presents today!!
