When using Codex on Mac, after switching to another app and then switching back to Codex, a task will occasionally remain stuck in the hover state, causing the task details popover to stay visible and not disappear as expected. I initially noticed this after taking a screenshot in another app, but it can also happen without taking a screenshot. The issue seems to occur randomly and is not reproducible every time, and I haven’t been able to identify a consistent pattern or trigger.
