Not a single other player has achieved even a FRACTION of the results Sparg0 can with the character. If Sparg0 suddenly dropped Cloud the character would quite literally disappear off the face of top level.

There hasn’t been a single other primarily Cloud main who made it to top 8 of a major in history. And the funny thing is Sparg0 frequently plays aegis for matchups where even Cloud wouldn’t be that bad.

Congrats to Sparg0. He has proven to be 1 of the best in the world with multiple chars. However, I don't see how anyone can still argue that Cloud is NOT an S tier. Destroys 90% of the cast, limit, amazing ledge pressure, + recovery is not bad with limit/ledge magnet hands #ssbu

Like not everyone wants to be goku and have to practice +1000 hours just to lose to someone who just picked up steve. The game is so much more than just top level and it's obvious steve made so many people retire or lose motivation to the game. People complained for years to TOs to do something about this character and now that someone is actually doing something about it this is how y'all act ? This is so stupid 😭
