For many youth, 4-H Shooting Sports is their first introduction to the sport or a new discipline.

Instead of focusing on an actual bullseye, flip the target over so youth can focus on hitting the piece of paper.

Deadline to register livestock projects for AR State Fair is Sept 15th. Skill-a-thon contests ages 9-19 (cattle, swine, sheep, goat, poultry, rabbit). More to come. Skillathon times:
Sheep – Oct 12-9-12; Cattle - Oct 13 - 2-5; Goats - Oct. 14 - 12-3; Swine - Oct 18 - 12-3
