REIGN AI isn't a line on the roadmap. It's the engine $REIGN is built on, and our partner agreements are tied directly to its milestones.

Until those milestones are delivered, our obligations aren't complete — and a TGE launched on top of unfinished obligations isn't a launch, it's a liability we'd be handing straight to our own token.

We're behind on that timeline. We're saying that plainly instead of dressing it up.

02 — LEGAL STRUCTURE AND EXCHANGE GROUNDWORK

The legal work around $REIGN and our conversations with centralized exchanges are both active and both progressing.

These are processes with other people's calendars attached — counsel, regulators, listing committees. They close when they close. Forcing a TGE ahead of them means launching with thinner liquidity, fewer venues and a weaker token from day one.

Q4 gives this work the runway it actually needs. Rushing it doesn't make it faster — it just makes it worse.

03 — WE'RE CLEARING THE BOT FARMS OUT BEFORE TGE, NOT AFTER

Bot farms have been hitting the platform hard, and the real damage isn't inflated numbers. It's poisoned data. REIGN AI learns from genuine human behavior, and farms distort the exact signal the model is trained on.
