A short history of corporate tax rates:
Reagan: 34%
Clinton: 35%
Bush: 35%
Obama: 35%
Trump: 21%
Biden's plan: 28%
House Dems' plan: 26.5%
Why not go back to 35% under Obama? Answer: Corporate lobbyists and campaign contributions.
