this one is wonderful but makes me very sad. Sandal, still a week old, is being embraced by his brother Fez, who passed away two years ago from a heart condition... and broke mine.

they never spent a day apart before that happened. Fez loved Sandal so much. Los Gatos Hermanos.

here is pobrecita chancleta a couple weeks older. i've said this before, but originally we were only going to adopt one kitten, and had picked out Sandal's brother. Sandal said "nah" and climbed on top of me and refused to move until we decided he could come with us, too.

I (Eddie) tried making biscuits on Kelly, she was asleep so didn't notice. Win win? I made biscuits on my sister 😻 Kelly stayed asleep so she didn't get annoyed with baby sister........

(when I went to the cat shelter to pick a kitten I asked who would be picked last. This one! Because she was all black & shy. So I picked her, change the story, she was picked 1st over her litter mates. She rewards us ever day with so much love ❤️)

We hope you had a very lovely Christmas. We've had a great time with family visiting, even if Aunty Betty took over the cat tree! Santa Paws brought us all a new cat nip toy & some treats.

This is such sad news. Mum went to Huddersfield station 3 times hoping to meet felix but the little minx was always sleeping in a back office.
Run free felix 🌈, say hi to Millie when you get there ❤️

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Felix.

On Sunday, she peacefully went to sleep, in the loving comfort of Angie Hunte (Station Manager) and Jacqui Cox (Station Team Leader).

We will miss her dearly

This is the cut, for anyone wondering, about 2cm (less than 1inch). Absorbable sutures so no stressful vet visit to have them removed. She's not bothered with the wound but we're keeping the collar to slow her down & keep her out of the Christmas tree!!!

Eddie got spayed, had 3 day check-up with vet, all going great, allowed back into GenPop during the day.
(I can see why some people avoid getting their cats fixed, it's very stressful, I worried in the days running up, all day of the op, in the days after. But it needed doing ❤️)
