@CBKimbrell @MattHintz3 What has helped us is turning our own wrenches and running 10-12yr old equipment. Being 3rd owners you don’t have near the depreciation costs and thus allows us to have a mostly paid for lineup on 4400ac.

@Bkitch1Bodie If you’re worried about labor just have one for corn and one for beans. If you look at the absolute ass kicking guys are taking on 1-3yr old machines right now it doesn’t take many ac to pay for an older second machine.

@iamyourfarmer Listened to David hula speak about 7 yrs ago said he always splits the planter to limit risk. I listened and every field of corn we plant is always 2 hybrids. 13841 is going to help pollinate my 13777…hopefully.
