Oguda is saying that Former President Uhuru Kenyatta delivered Affordable Houses without taxing Kenyans, yes he didn't introduce housing Levy But he borrowed Billions to deliver the houses.
Today our economy is in ICU because of Uhuru borrowing and corruption..
I'm made to understand that PS Raymond Omollo has been under vitrolic attack from Azimio top brass just because he built a HOUSE for a widowed woman of 6 children and helped her start a small business! Sources privy to me indicated that the lord of poverty is very uncomfortable with the positive gesture from the PS and thinks his influence in the Nyanza region is threatened. The soft-spoken PS can neither hurt nor kill a fly; his only mission is to help the president deliver on his manifesto. Of course, we know Raila Odinga's main intention is to keep his followers poor so that he can use them like switches. Otherwise, there's nothing wrong with Raymond helping a widowed woman!

President William Ruto caught himself between a hard place and a rock!
Imagine all the debts Uhuru Kenyatta borrowed in his 10 years; most fell due in 2023!
Note that Uhuru massively borrowed with no benefit in sight! In fact, while most Kenyans were sliding into poverty, Uhuru Kenyatta grew fatter because most of the money he looted went into his stomach and that of his friends.
Now we're paying for it with our blood! Remember, almost 80% of revenue collected goes to servicing interests on loans, leaving the government with a paltry 20% for recurrent and development expenses, which isn't actually enough to fund even recurrent expenditures!
All I can say is this: President William Ruto would rather be unpopular with his bold and courageous decisions and policies than save the country from sinking further into a debt abyss.
Tomorrow Friday 26th January, while the Museveni regime will be celebrating 38 years of state destruction and plunder, we shall gather at Makerere Kavule to screen this documentary, which captures part of the shameless violence and brutality witnessed in Uganda, especially during the last election.
