Men actually love that pregnancy is torture. They literally wrote it in scriptures like bible that it's a punishment. Even cramps are a punishment. And dying during childbirth is washing away of the sin.

What's the sin? Being a woman. They don't want women to survive birth. C-section ensures that women live and aren't dying like they used to.
