Things appear to be going from bad to worse for Russia.

According to reports, Hungary has lifted its veto on €6.6 billion in EU military aid for Ukraine, removing a major obstacle that had delayed funding for arms supplies to Kyiv.

For months, Viktor Orbán’s government had been the principal blocker of the package. If confirmed, it marks another setback for the Kremlin at a time when Russia is already facing mounting military, economic and diplomatic pressure.

For Moscow, the strategy of waiting for Western unity to fracture may be proving increasingly unreliable

NEW SBU STRIKE ON CRIMEA APPEARS FAR MORE POWERFUL THAN ANYONE EXPECTED!

The scale of the attack is enormous. It is already being described as one of the most painful blows to Russian forces in Crimea since the start of the war.

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), working together with military intelligence (HUR), carried out major strikes against the Russian Black Sea Fleet's naval base in Sevastopol and the Belbek military airfield. Reportedly hit during the attack were:

• Large Russian Navy landing ships
• A reconnaissance vessel
• A military training center
• An air-defense radio intelligence headquarters
• An MR-10M1 "Mys-M1" radar station
• A MiG-31 aircraft

However, this may be only a partial list of the targets affected. Secondary explosions and fires are reportedly continuing, while key elements of the peninsula's defense infrastructure have come under significant pressure.

Russian forces have lost more than equipment and facilities. They have lost their sense of security in Crimea. What was once presented as an "impregnable fortress" is increasingly becoming a zone of constant risk. The fleet's logistics network, military aviation, and air-defense systems have all suffered a serious blow.

Ukraine now has the surveillance & weapon capabilities (primarily via advanced drone operations) to target & strike anything moving on the facility
