@Delta @TSA @Delta, we spent the past 2 hours with about 20 other passengers in the same situation. Missing our already delayed flight and a very important event because of lack of communication on your part.

@Delta, here’s a suggestion…when a 11:59 PM departure red eye flight is delayed for 3.5 hours, and the @TSA checkpoint at the @slcairport is closed between the hours of **1:00 AM** and 4:30 AM, it would be REALLY nice to let passengers know.

Also, not sure about that closure time because we arrived at 12:40 AM and there were no @Delta baggage agents at the baggage counter and no @TSA agents either. @Delta, epic fail on so many levels!

Hey, @lyft I just gave my business to @Uber because your app wouldn’t accept my driver’s license so I could not reserve a ride and my phone call to @lyft support left my problem unresolved.

@Delta, my family of 6 had the most ridiculous experience this afternoon at the @SLCintl airport. We stood at the baggage counter while an agent waited on hold for FIFTY minutes trying to fix an issue caused by you. We almost missed our flight. Pick up the phone. Not impressed!

Look at this “delicious” salad we got in the drive thru @Wendys in Syracuse, UT tonight. 🤢 Good thing it wasn’t fit to eat, because they forgot to give us dressing too. #wendysfail
