In other words - please do not shop at @Harrods . They will rip you off and protect their staff from repercussions if you are not a UK resident. If the offer to gift wrap - check your purchase. They lie and scheme.

I should not have to be quiet when my daughter & I have been robbed and insulted. They didn’t want other customers to know that they have nefarious sales staff. They had a lot of nerve.

When told them that, they threatened to call security. WTF? They were the thieves!

We bought a watch that wasn’t a watch. Wasted $50 in taxi fees. Wasted hours of time. Can’t believe how terrible customer service is here.
